Overview
The Inner Journey: Self-Guided Retreat Guidebook + Workbook is printed and fulfilled on demand by Lulu Press. Because each copy is produced individually at the time of order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damage or defect
We will assess your request and respond within 3 business days.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. If an order is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of mind
As this is a print-on-demand product produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases. We encourage you to review the full product description before purchasing.
